Every vehicle owner has a bad experience sooner or later. Kensington Auto is now our local shop and has been excellent in their communication, value for money and service. Always friendly and willing to help the customer and never giving the impression they’re doing you a favor. Kensington Autoworks is an absolutely fantastic auto shop - and I have . Completely trustworthy and reliable. This last visit, they fixed a wheel bearing, sorted out an issue with my e-brake, replaced the battery, changed my headlight bulbs out for brighter ones, and an oil change. They also spotted some wear and tear on my drive belt but we’ll be doing that at my next visit. And I was pleased to see that they kindly vacuumed out the winter gravely salty floors inside my car too!

We’ve been taking our cars to KAW for over a decade and always trust them to get the job done right and they never suggest replacement/repair unless it’s absolutely necessary. It’s a family owned business and our whole town uses them for everything from simple check ups to complex issues. They are fantastic and extremely trustworthy. Needed back lights replaced so stopped in hoping they could replace right away. They took my car right in, replaced the bulbs and everything was great. Nicest people to deal with. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend. If you have an older bmw, Kensington is a non negotiable. They are the most experienced and well run shop I’ve found on the sea coast. I drive about a half hour each way to get to them because I don’t trust anyone else to look over my vehicles.

Always checking out my vehicle above and beyond expectation doing all the fine details analyzing it making those appropriate so that things look as if every small detail is taken care of nothing is overlooked scheduled appointment on time pick up on time recordkeeping exceptional I would recommend it to anyone, especially people with high-end vehicles good knowledge plenty of experience. The service we have received over the years from Kensington Autoworks has been fantastic. A recent last-minute New Hampshire state law change necessitated last minute inspections of two of our vehicles in a two day period and Kensington Autoworks accommodated my ‘emergency’ request with kindness.
