To our Valued Customers,

We are taking the necessary steps to keep everyone safe given the challenging situation we are facing with the COVID-19 virus. We will be open for business during our normal hours for now. We will be making some significant changes to keep social distance to keep everyone healthy.

Starting tomorrow, March 16th, we will not be booking any waiting appointments until further notice. We ask all customers scheduling appointments or with existing appointments to drop off vehicles or contact us about vehicle pick up options. We will have a drop box on the steps to the office for keys if you are dropping off during business hours. If you are dropping off before or after hours, please park along the fence, not blocking the gate, and use the mail box key drop.

All payments can be made by debit or credit card over the phone unless otherwise arranged. All invoices will be emailed when payment is completed. Please make sure we have your email address and the best phone number to reach you at while your vehicle is in our service. This is all in an effort to keep us all healthy by limiting exposure and unnecessary contact.

Our employees will be wearing gloves while working with your vehicles as well as wiping down surfaces of contact and washing hands frequently.

We will do our best to make this transition as smooth as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging time in public service. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

April 6, 2020 UPDATE:

Effective 4/6/2020 we will be reducing our hours of operation. Our new temporary schedule will be Tuesday – Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am – 2pm. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate these difficult times.
